Products and commissions
Artwork appearance can vary slightly by screen. Original and handmade works may contain intentional variations. Commission scope, price, timeline, revisions, shipping, and usage rights will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable once creative work starts.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, limit quantities, decline orders, and cancel orders affected by suspected fraud or unavailable inventory. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Intellectual property
Purchasing physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. ANANDHIS ART LLC and its artists retain all intellectual-property rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, scrape the site without permission, or reproduce our artwork, photography, branding, or written content without authorization.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ANANDHIS ART LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where law does not permit that limitation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
