Eligible returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an eligible, non-custom item. Approved items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original art and custom work
Custom commissions, personalized products, digital downloads, gift cards, and made-to-order works are final sale unless damaged or materially different from the written commission agreement. Commission deposits are non-refundable after creative work begins.
Damage in transit
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery to info@anandhisart.store. Include your order number, packaging photographs, and clear photographs of the item. Keep all packaging while the carrier claim is reviewed.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post funds.
